These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and each of us hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The new version will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

The Shoppers Membership is a free subscription that allows you to open a user account with our online store at this website. By opening a membership account you will have access to exclusive offers.
We only accept orders from persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are in this age range.
We only accept orders from and dispatch orders to addresses in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Placing an order
It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it to us.
All prices on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally there may be an error. We verify pricing at our dispatch centre. If the correct price is lower than that on the website at the time you place your order, we will charge you the lower price. If the correct price is higher than that on the website, we will try to contact you for instructions using the information provided on your order and give you the choice of cancelling your order or paying the correct price.
Accuracy of product information
We try to ensure that all information and colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may differ from the actual colours of products supplied. Any typographical, clerical or other error is subject to correction without any liability on our part. Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for such advice or recommendation.
Concluding a binding contract
When we receive an order from you to purchase items from us, we will confirm that we have received the order by email to the address provided by you in your order. Your order is an offer to purchase an item and will not be binding on us until you have received an email to confirm that we have dispatched that item to you or you receive the item.
Our professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount code. Promotional codes cannot be used on discounted items. Promotional codes cannot be used on purchases of any product or offer which we deem inappropriate for discount.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with delivery promotions, i.e. free standard delivery on orders of £25 or over. By choosing to add a discount code on such an order, this then voids the free delivery discount and applies the discount code instead.
It is the customer’s responsibility to decide which discount is most beneficial before applying any discount code. No cash alternatives are available. If you are using a threshold promotional code that takes off a percentage or amount from your order, you will be charged full price if the total goes below this threshold in the case of a cancelled item or order.
Please note: some promotional codes may only be valid for one redemption per customer.
Members Loyality Discounts & Rewards
Shoppers Membership will give users access to the following discounts and rewards:
- lifetime 10% shop discount across all selected CBD and hemp food products. This discount does not apply to any medical or electrical products.
- monthly product give away - each month we will hold a product give away and a winner will be selected from members list (both Dispensary and Shop Members). A winner will be selected at random from our list of members who have spent at least £50 in our store in the previous three months.
Cannabliss© Dispensary UK reserves the right to withdraw any product from this offer without prior written notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right too amend cancel or withdraw any reward or discount offers made to members.
Postage and packing costs
Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose.
The postage and packaging charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge. If your order total drops below the £25 delivery threshold due to cancelled orders, you will be charged the standard delivery rate.

This service is provided by Royal Mail 24 hour signed for and is charged at £5.95.

Standard delivery postage and packaging. Charge is £2.95.

No postage and packaging charge, unless a discount code is applied.

Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume
Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) may incur further costs depending on the products ordered. As a result, for orders for any excessive bulk single lines we may contact you regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs.
Payment and refunds
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, postage and packing charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the payment gateway (e.g. Viva Wallet) and/or to the card originally used for payment.
Secure Customer Authentication (SCA)
A new industry-wide system now applies whenever you make a purchase from retailers, including Cannabliss© Dispensary, both online and in-store. These changes have been put in place for additional security when you’re shopping.
When buying items online SCA validation will be more frequent. These checks are random, you will be asked to authenticate your payment by entering a unique passcode that can only be used once. If you have been selected for a random check, your card issuer will send this passcode to your phone, you will need to input this at the time of purchase.
You will need to ensure that your card issuer has your current and correct phone number, so that they can send a passcode to you if required. You’ll also need to have your phone with you when placing an order online.
When making contactless payments in your local Cannabliss© Dispensary, you may be asked to insert your card and key in your PIN rather than use contactless. If you are using chip and PIN, this type of payments will remain the same.
SCA checks are random, neither you or our in-store colleagues will know that validation is required. When shopping with us please make sure that you know your PIN code or have an alternative payment method available so you can continue with your transaction.
Non-availability/substitutes of products
We reserve the right to change the specification of items which are required to conform to any applicable standards or European Union requirements. We try to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but, occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. All items sold through this website are subject to availability. If any of the items on your order are not available we may send a substitute of similar specification.
Delivery of orders
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail)
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days to the address provided by you in your order. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you co-operate with the investigation.
- 24 Hour Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Hour signed for)
24 Hour Next Day Delivery will only be offered if all items in your basket are available on the sate of your order.
Notification of errors
You should check the contents of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately.
Cancellation rights and damaged/faulty items
You have a statutory ‘cooling-off’ right which entitles you to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in your order (certain exceptions apply). We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you’ll find details of our returns policy here and below.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the date you received or collected your complete order to notify us of items you are not completely happy with. We must receive any item you return to us within 14 calendar days of your notification to us of your intention to return the item(s). Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel to us. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage on return of part orders.
Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
[The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give us the right to reduce the amount of refund that you receive, in the event that non faulty items being returned are damaged or used in any way. The amount which we might reduce your refund by will be dependent on the decrease in value of your use of the item. You should note that should your use mean that your items cannot be resold, this reduction may be 100%.]
How to return items
If your unwanted items weigh less than 5kg you can return them either by post or to your local Cannabliss© Dispensary store within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return your items. Please ensure that you take your items and delivery note into the store. PayPal and online orders orders cannot be returned to a store.

To return items by post please repackage them carefully and return them by tracked a delivery service to:

- Returns to store
If you bought your items from a local Cannabliss© Dispensary Franchise, you must return the items to the store your purchased from; you will need to take your receipt with, along with the card you used to make payment, so we can process your return. You must return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your total order.
Damaged and faulty items
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows you to claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. In some cases we may offer to replace or repair the item free of charge: if the first repaired or replacement item we supply also turns out to be faulty then you can claim a refund at this point, which includes the price you paid for it plus any postal charges. This does not apply to items that have failed due to wear and tear. You may have additional manufacturer's warranties with some products, such as electrical items, giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.
We will refund any standard postage paid on orders returned in full. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage on return of part orders.
Unfortunately, you cannot return prescription medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.
Health and safety warning

Electrical products sold on this website are designed for use in the UK. If supplied with a power adaptor it will be fitted with a UK plug. They may not be suitable for use in other countries and you should check with the manufacturer before doing so. Cannabliss© Dispensary Membership Account Registration
To register for an account you must do so online here.
When your membership application has been approved, you user profile will be allocated a unique Membership Number. You will need this number when ordering your prescription and you must not share or disclose it to anyone without justification.
During the registration process you will also be be asked to agree to these terms and conditions.
By opening a Dispensary Account, you agree to use Cannabliss© Dispensary UK as your preferred pharmacy for dispensing your prescription. If you have not made a prescription order purchase within 2 calendar months of opening your account then we reserve the right to cancel your membership and substitute it with a Shoppers Membership Account.
Following the dispensing of your first prescription, we reserve the right to cancel you membership should you not continue to our POS on a regular, monthly basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at anytime and are not legally bound to explain the reasons for refusal or cancellation.
During the registration processed you will be asked to upload two documents to help us verify your identity. Once you submit your application to register your account, one of our Dispensary Team will check your information.
Once your information has been approved, you will be notified by email with your website login details. If you have any problems accessing your account, please contact Customer Support.
Prescription Ordering Service (POS)
The Cannabliss© Dispensary Medical Cannabis POS is an online only service that enables users to order their medical cannabis prescriptions from a computer or mobile device and have it delivered to their home address. This service is a private, none NHS, service offered exclusively though this website. To access the POS you must have a Dispensary Membership for this website.
NOTE: We only dispense private medical cannabis prescription orders.
Online Pharmacist Service
For our Dispensary Members only, we offer a online consultation service with our Pharmacy Team. The Pharmacy Team are made up of our Superintendent, the on duty Responsible Pharmacists and other qualified pharmacy members.
Ordering your prescription
You should order your prescription through this website by logging in and filling out the Prescription Order form in the members area.
Prescriptions for persons other than yourself
If the prescription is for a person other than yourself, you will need to have the authority of the person whose prescription it is to have it dispensed by us. By placing an order to dispense another person’s prescription you confirm that you have their authority to do so.
You maybe be required to provide evidence that you have the correct authority.
We charge a flat rate fee of £35 to process and dispense your prescription order. This costs includes all the necessary clinic checks legally required to be executed by a Responsible Pharmacist.
We conduct a Dispensing Run once month, depending on demand, whereby all currently full paid prescription orders will be processed, dispensed and delivered. Once dispensed, your order is sent out the same day or on the next available day the responsible pharmacist is on duty.
When ordering your prescription online, you must include a Medical Cannabis Prescription Dispensing Fee per prescription from our online store.
During the online checkout process you will be required to upload a scan or photo of your prescription. Your order will not be processed without this.
Your prescription order will not be dispensed until we have your original copy prescription. It is your duty to ensure we receive your original copy prescription with at least 7 days of a Dispensing Run
We only accept Medical Cannabis Prescription Orders from customers who are 18 years old or over although they may order prescriptions for persons who are under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.
If you are ordering a prescription for someone under the age of 18 we may need to contact you for further information before completing your order
We only accept Medical Cannabis Prescription Orders from, and dispatch prescriptions to, addresses in the United Kingdom. Whilst we are happy to dispense prescriptions to customers in Scotland and Wales, the charges will be the same that apply to customers in England.
By opening a Cannabliss© Dispensary Membership Account , you are agreeing to ensure the personal information is kept up to date. We may periodically check your account to ensure your information is correct. If we are unable to verify any of your details ie your phone number is out of service or you have moved address, we may have to temporarily suspend your account.
You will be notified of any suspension and the reasons for it and then given the opportunity to correct the information.
From time to time, we may carry out checks to ensure our records are correct and that your account details are up to date. This may include a call or email from our Dispensary Team.
If we are unable to re-verify any of your personal information, your account maybe be temporarily suspended until the information can be verified.
During the dispensing process it may be necessary to carry our certain clinical checks. On occasion, circumstances may require that the pharmacists needs to contact you before dispensing. You agree under these terms to make yourself available at the earliest opportunity if you have received a request from our pharmacist for more information.
Patient Medical Records (PMR)
As a registered Pharmacy we are required by law to operate a PMR as part of our dispensary services. For our PMR we use RxWeb© software. We use this system to keep records of patients, their medication and so on.
By agreeing to these terms, you are agree to allow Cannabliss© Dispensary UK to create and maintain a private (none HMS) medical record on your behalf. This service is free to all Dispensary Members
An inactive account will be closed after 6 years and all records expunged.
Calls to our Order line are charged at local rates from a BT landline. Your mobile operator's normal charges will apply to calls from mobiles.
No Medical Cannabis Prescription Order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order and receipt of payment to you by email or in writing.
We reserve the right to reject any order.
Our Cancellation rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order made by you that does not conform to these terms.
Your Cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to payment. Once you have placed your order you will be sent an invoice and once this is paid we cannot issue a refund or cancel your order.
Refunds (private medical cannabis prescriptions)
Due to the strict regulations governing medical cannabis, we are only able to offer refunds for dispensed prescribed medical cannabis if there is a fault with the product such as mould or damage.
You are required to check your medication on receipt and are required to inform us of any faults or damage to your medication IMMEDIATELY in writing, either by post or email; and this should be no less than 24 hours from the date of receipt by the patient.
The only circumstance under which you are entitled to a refund is if we fail to fulfil your order ie are unable to source and dispense your medication, within 28 days of your order. We will not be held liable for any other loses as a result of courier miscarriage, force major or any other such loss or damage.
Verification of prescription
When we receive a prescription from you we will verify it against the information provided to us at the time the order was placed. In the event that the information does not match with your original order, we may try to contact you using the information in your registration. If we cannot contact you and we are unable to dispense the item(s) on your Prescription Order we reserve the right to return your prescription to you.
Postage and packaging costs
When including a medical cannabis prescription product with other none medical shop items in your order, you will only have the option of
Non-receipt of prescription
If you place a prescription order and we do not receive the relevant prescription, we will not have any liability to you and it will be your responsibility to contact us within 30 days regarding your prescription order.
Please note that it is a legal requirement that we MUST receipt of your original copy prescription from your prescriber before we can release your prescription. It is you responsibility to ensure we receive your prescription via post within 7 days of placing your prescription order. If we have not received your prescription order within 28 days of the date of your order we may suspend your order.
Once you have placed and paid for a prescription order, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available for receipt of the delivery of your prescription. If, for any reason, your order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts at delivery, we will have no option but to destroy your order. In these circumstances you will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-availability/suitability of products
If any of the items on your prescription are not available, or are not suitable for dispensing through this service, we will try to contact using the information in your registration and refer our online pharmacist.
Delivery of fulfilled prescriptions
For delivery of your prescription we use Royal Mail 24hr signed for registered delivery.
If you have also included none prescription items in your order then these items will be dispatched with your prescription order when it is dispensed. If you wish to receive your none prescription items before the arrival of your prescription order, then you must make two separate orders for the prescription and none prescription items respectively.
You will be provided with tracking details so you can track your delivery.It is your responsibility to ensure you are present to receive the prescription delivery. Cannabliss© Dispensary holds no liabilities if you are not able to receive delivery of your prescription.
Notification of errors
You should check the items dispensed to you carefully and promptly upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error, you should contact us immediately and should not take or use any of the items.
Damaged Goods or Product
If your prescription arrives damages or broken you must contact us immediately in writing by post or email. Where possible, you must also provide photographic evidence of the damaged items before we can process the complaint.
Members Monthly Give Away.
Each Calendar month we will hold a product giveaway. These will be none prescription items only.
A winner will be picked at random from a qualifying list of Dispensary Members and notified of the result by email. If the prize is claimed it will be posted free of charge by our standard mail service.
The qualify conditions for this offer that members must:
- have a valid account
- have used our POS each month in the last three months prior to the draw
- have spent at least £50 in our online store or any of our bricks and mortar stores
We may stipulate a start date for this offer. We further reserve the right to with this and any other offers without notice at anytime.
You must check all items dispensed to you and should not take any medication that appears to have been tampered with or which may have been dispensed in error.
Failure to abide by this warning could seriously damage your health.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
